The nicely appointed home offers 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 full baths, a library sitting room, and large living areas for you watch TV, read and socialize. Quality linens, towels and cozy blankets are provided. There is a large modern kitchen with an open dining area that overlooks Lake Montrose and the Montrose Golf Club. All is included for your culinary needs from cookware to tableware, we have you covered!

You can sip your morning coffee on the large back deck and take in the beautiful views. There are plenty of deck chairs, tables and a market umbrella for shade. The deck overlooks the expansive lawn that leads right to the shore of the lake. The lawn calls for yard games and the lake is perfect for boating. We offer 2 kayaks, a canoe and a paddle boat. Life vests are provided and required for any boat activity at the property.

Pricing. $250 per night plus 6 percent state tax and 3 percent occupancy tax (2 night minimum stay).
