Hosts

Kimberly Grace dedicated herself wholly to hosting the Fieldstone Farm Vacation Rental on Lake Montrose business, in Montrose after a nearly 20-year career with Penn State Extension. At her home location-Fieldstone Farm, which served as a bed & breakfast-she is an avid garden enthusiast, tending to raised bed vegetable, herb and flower gardens and also volunteering for the Penn State Extension Master Gardener program in Susquehanna County. Horses are an integral part of Fieldstone Farm. Kim has been a rider her entire life and enjoys hacking the forest and field trails with her Oldenburg, Josie and enjoying her step-grandson, Luke and his Quarter Horse, James. Kim, the family and friends enjoy these same trails for hiking, snow shoeing and cross-country skiing.

He is often seen on his John Deere tractors, mowing and building and rebuilding stone walls that are the hallmark of Fieldstone Farm’s locations. Frank has a keen appreciation for antiques, art and vintage cars. He enjoys spending time with his family which include sons Frank Jr. and Michael, grandson Luke and partner Kim, all of whom live on the same property.

Support Staff

Fieldstone Farm’s support staff consists of 2 personable cats, Clover, and Chaucer. Clover is always patrolling the property and reporting back with her ‘finds’. Chaucer is our elder cat and serves as the matriarch for Fieldstone Farm. Chaucer is quite the exotic with one blue eye and one green eye! Also providing guests with fresh eggs are over a dozen precocious hens, all of whom are named and loved. Guests are delighted to see the ’ladies’ come running from the barn for treats. Our equine support staff consist of Josie, a sweet red chestnut Oldenburg mare and James, a little blue roan Quarter Horse gelding named by Luke. These horses are super friendly and always make the view even nicer as they graze the green pastures.
